The delivery time scale is specified on the product page to indicate when you will receive your order. If placed before 2 PM, subject to passing necessary checks, your order will be dispatched by Royal Mail's Next Day, Tracked Delivery. Your item shall be received the next day (excludes delivery on Sundays and bank holidays). Orders received just after 2 PM are sometimes processed the same day.
In the event of a delay, we will contact you either by email or telephone to inform you of this.
International shipping is calculated in the checkout, and is free to most EU countries. The delivery timescale is a non-guaranteed 3 - 5 working days.
Delivery outside the EU can take 10-15 working days.

At The Watch Cabin we believe that for you to have the best shopping experience there should not be a time limit to return your item. So for whatever the reason you're not happy with your purchase, contact Support@thewatchcabin.com with your order number and we shall start processing the refund immediately. All you have to do is print off your order confirmation/invoice and attach it to the return.
There are no catches or special rules. To qualify for this, the returned item(s) must be unworn AND in the same condition in which they were received (*applies only to UK deliveries). It must must also contain the original box, tags, certificates and all extras. You have upto 365 days from when you purchased the item to claim a full refund!
We process refunds as quickly as possible and you will receive an email to notify you when the refund has been processed. Please allow up to a maximum of 3 working days for the money to reach your account. It rarely takes this long, but delays can happen sometimes for reasons such as bank delays or errors.
If the item is received faulty or damaged, please return it within 4 weeks (we pay for the postage) and we can process an immediate replacement/refund.
You should return your item using Recorded Delivery or a similar recorded service. This way the delivery is insured. You should also record the tracking number.
If you wish to exchange your item, simply return it for a refund and make a new purchase.
